Another FREE download from Interleague Records - Brand new music from The Echo Division and Ross McMeekin and the Prospectors!
It's cold outside again, and you know what that means. It's time for more free music!! As a sneak peek of their upcoming 2008 album, we've got a new song from The Echo Division called "Don't Lie to Me," along with a track called "Same Old Songs" from our friends Ross McMeekin and the Prospectors.
The Prospectors are a band we think you'll really like - Ross, former frontman of Seattle indie-pop quartet The Charity Stripe, has joined together with singer/piano player Jill Love and multi-instrumentalist Andrew Egger (also of the Echo Division - freakin' traitor) for a much more quiet, stripped-down, minimalist approach to pop storytelling. Instead of breaking in through your front door with a crowbar, they befriend you, gain your trust, learn your security codes, then steal your pride and leave you with just your humanity.
